Uploading Photo for online application

Hello,

I'm applying for my work permit online and it's asking to upload a photo in a jpeg format. If i scan an existing photo, it is coming in a pdf format. Can i take a picture of the existing photo and upload in jpeg format?

Please reply as soon as possible as I'm planing to apply ASAp.

Please suggest.

You should be able to change the output file format from PDF to JPG in your scan software.
What make and model is your scanner?
