Hey Guys, sounds like a stupid query but while uploading the documents (for example employment records or financial proofs) we are asked to upload one single pdf, I can merge all the collected documents (using software like pdfsam etc) but is there any sequence when I merge them. Also, how to show that one document has ended and other one has started while merging for eg (after experience letter how to show roles and responsibly letter has started). How did you merge them when uploading.
 
There is no sequence, but the way I do it is include cover page stating what documents are included
 
It really shouldn't matter unless your pages are completely out of sequence that it causes confusion.

That said, if you want to make the officer's life a bit easier, put the most concise document as the first page, something that gives an overview or a summary, followed by other supporting docs.

Eg for proof of employment, I'd put the HR letter as the first page, followed by pay slips and T4 (if any). For financials, an account overview/statement, followed by list of transactions if you need to prove the money was held for a long period.

Provide list of summary of attachments as a first page. This will help officer to know what are the documents attached. It should be very concise not more than one page.
 
Hi All, I am finding after submitting the document, IRCC is not showing Client Information (Optional document). I uploaded documents for Client Information also at the time of submission. I have screenshot of this. But when after submitting document I check document list, it shows blank for optional document. does anyone also uploaded client information finding same?
