Do i need to upload the the scan from my old passports or just the one which is valid ??

Your valid passport is fine. Although many people also upload old passports as well. Some people get requests for additional documents proving their travel history, so some believe that submitting expired passports can speed up the application in such situations.

If you have your old passports, it is better to upload those as well. Remember you only need to scan the first two pages and any other pages with marks. Don't forget to get translations for any pages that aren't in English or French.
