uploading documents via gc key

Hello,

Documents submitted to CIC via gc key account read “uploaded - not submitted to IRCC”

What does that mean?! They’ve been uploaded but they haven’t opened them yet?

It means you didnt hit next and then the extra steps. Try again and follow all the steps. Sometimes you need to scroll to the bottom of the page

Figured it out. But now it says

Figured it out. Now it says “documents replaced” and uploaded. Is that normal?
