I have already received my COPR and PR visa but due to change in family circumstance it has been put on hold. CIC has asked me to upload the documents of my child directly through my CIC account. However, there is only ONE place holder - "Kit, Application Forms" for all the documents (~6 documents). I am able to merge all the files as one document but unable to reduce the size to 4MB (maximum file size allowed) despite compromising on the quality.
Can someone please guide me with this situation?
