Uploading additonal documents to MyCIC

Hi

I am applying for a study permit through an online application.

I received an email from CIC requesting that I upload additional documents into my CIC account
When I login to my CIC account there are no requests for additional documents and no upload button to be able to upload the documents that they require and there is nothing in my checklist marked as "Not Provided".

Can anyone guide me on how do you upload the additional requested documents online.

They should have mentioned in the email how to submit the documents?
Check your account regularly , you may be able to see the upload button in few days, otherwise submit them via the webform.

Yes, I am waiting for upload button in my account. If I'm unable to upload Ill do it via the webform. However, I am concerned whether they will receive it or process it on time as I will not receive any acknowledgement when I submit it through the webform.

True , they do not notify you immediately , I received the confirmation email that my document was sent to the concerned department after my application was approved, but usually they do send it to the concerned dept. don't worry.
