Uploaded - no submitted to ircc

Hi there,
Ircc asking for additinal docs and i already uploaded from 2 weeks ago and when i check my application it says uploaded - not submitted to ircc, do i need to re upload it or just wait for their decisions..note,medical is approved,im just waiting for the decission only. And the docs their askibg is parents consent letter.
