Uploaded incorrect FBI PCC in my application

Hi,

My husband and I submitted our Express Entry application in Nov, 2019. However, my husband accidentally uploaded my FBI PCC where he was supposed to upload his own. Now, we were contacted by IRCC to upload my husband's FBI certificate in the application.
When my husband tried to do so, it asked for the expiration date. As we are already living in US, the certificate expired in Dec 2019 (we got it issued in Jun 2019).

Will it be a problem if we upload the same PCC document (which was issued in June 2019) or we will be asked to get a new certificate for him?

Any suggestions?

If you currently live in the US, and the last one you got was in June 2019, he’ll have to get a new one.

Even though the it was just accidentally missed? They are aware that my certificate was uploaded correctly.

Yes, but according to the date, that FBI PCC has expired. You can give it a shot; but my advice, get a new one. It doesn’t take long these days.

For now, we are going to submit the original Certificate. Does it create any chances of refusal?

Hopefully, they’ll send a request for an updated one if they’re not satisfied with the one you submitted.
