Uploaded documents - "your action is required".

We applied for sponsorship application, and we were supposed to upload background check document and police certificate. Status of application at that point was "your action is required". We did upload both of those in time, option to upload disappear, it says that they were send and names of them are green, but status of the application didn't change - still "your adtion is required", month after that...
Should we contact them, or it is just glitch on website?

hey we have the same thing as well. from reading the forum it's a glitch our their system. I didn't bother calling

Just wanted to add that I had that as well.
I received DM last month and from the time of our first correspondence until now that notice has never disappeared.
