Uploaded documents disappeared

I had uploaded all the documents after ITA but did not submit the application as there was an error in my wife's police certificate. however i received the corrected certificate now and when i opened my profile to upload the documents, my uploaded documents have disappeared and my education history is showing incomplete.My post graduation was under the" two or more degrees, diplomas,.." option but now that option is also missing.The last day to submit my profile is 19th december. I have sent them a mail describing it under the technical error tab. Has anyone experienced the same? please help

Don't know about the incomplete education history and missing uploaded documents, guess you refill & upload them again to be safe (may be some system bug)...but for PG "Two or more..." from what i understand is that they have recently removed that option and changed the menu options...so for your PG choose the option that closest resembles your ECA Report.
