I am sending visitor extension online, but at file upload for copy of passport it wont work, it keeps saying file to big, but its just one page, copy of passport, what am i doing wrong????

how did you get it on your computer? is it a PDF or a JPG? You may have to scan it as a smaller file.

Also if what heatherusa requested does not work as planned, I don't know if you have a photobucket account but you could upload it there and resize the image and try again. If all else fails, maybe submit it as a paper application? I never trusted their online system to always work so even after the online request was introduced, I continued to submit it the old fashioned way. Never failed me. Good luck with everything.

If you are using windows, open the file in MS Paint. Resave it as a jpeg file.
