Upload requested additional documentation

Hi Everyone,

Immigration and Visa Section at Nairobi has requested additional documentation to support my application, they state that "we do not have a physical file for you since this is an online application. Please upload any additional documents via your CIC account".
I am wondering there is no way to upload additional documentation after submitted.
anyone explain where i can upload requested documents ?

hello nasa. did you return to your myCIC account? try clicking on view checklist and check 'Did CIC request an additional document from you" link.
