I got request for PCC and I upload it to my account

The status changed to

Review of additional documents: The additional documents you provided have been uploaded.

Also in the Documents submitted by the client it shows Replacement Provided Uploaded

Is that means I submitted the PCC and there is nothing I need to do more ?
