hi sir ,my father applying for canada tourist visa online for our family,i recieved letter that i have to submit my passport copy in my submit appication and when i upload my document in my cic account will charge fees again?..

May be the copy you have upload previouslyis not clear .so kindly make a clear scanned copy and then upload..
And No you wont be charged again

I upload my pasport copy in my cic submit application.. they ask me to pay fees again.. and declare that its behaf on u submit this application
