Upload more documents through CIC website

Hi all,

I need submit more documents through CIC website as they recently required. Does anyone has the experience? Much appreciate if you can share with me. My concern is once i submit successfully, how can be sure CIC receive it? Also, do i need send these extra documents by hard copies and mail to CIC? If so, what address should i put?
