hi i would like to ask if someones knows regarding this matter, my husband will be upgraded from his job in the company that he is working for in alberta, from low skilled he will be now a skilled worker, i would like to ask if he becomes a skilled worker this coming february 2012 if we can now go to canada as his dependent or do we have to wait for 2 years also when he apply for CEC? thanks
