Hello.
I have ordered a WES ECA Report for my Bachelor degree and it is completed and correct.
Recently, I completed a new graduation and would like to upgrade the evaluation report. However, when I log into my account and choose to upgrade the report, it sends me to the complete application page and charges me $200, as if in a new evaluation, instead of the $100 fee for upgrades.
Does anyone know if this is a normal behavior or is there anything I should be doing different?
