Upfront PCC- Residing country

Dear all,

I'm yet to receive the ITA, hopefully I will receive in next draw,can I apply for the PCC from the residing country before ITA, I learnt earlier that the home country PCC should be post ITA date, please clarify this.
I already applied for other countries now itself, apart from my residing country.

For the country you currently live in, the police certificate must be issued no more than six months before you apply
