So according to cic website the pcc for saudia should be AFTER submisdion of pr application.
However ive heard ppl taking an upfront pcc by getting endorsement letter fro. Their embassies to save time.
Has anyone done this and gotten ppr?
you can get it upfront if your confident of the timing. it is usually advised to get the PCC done after ITA because in most countries PCC is valid for only six months from the date of issue. i
