Hi everyone, I’m a bit confused and hoping someone here can guide me.

I recently applied for my PGWP in Dec 2025. While submitting the application, I selected "No" for working in healthcare/childcare, so I opted out of the medical exam. At that time, I wasn’t sure about my future job plans.

However, I studied Psychology, and I’m likely to work in healthcare or a related field. Now I’m worried that my PGWP may come with a condition restricting work in healthcare.

I haven’t received my permit yet.

* Is there anything I can do now, before IRCC issues the permit, to avoid getting this condition?
* Should I do an upfront medical exam and submit it through a webform?

Also, can I use my previous upfront medical exam since it is still valid? I only have the e-medical tracking sheet.

I don't want to take risk, please help me

Has anyone faced a similar situation? Any advice or experience would be really appreciated. Thank you
