Upfront medical exams not showing up, and eligibility/background check hasn't been processed

I have submitted all the necessary documents for the student visa (my application was received on August 3, 2020), had an upfront medical exam, and recently got my biometrics done (they were received on February 25, 2021). However, in IRCC's website it shows up as if they haven't received my medical results. Moreover, I haven't gotten my eligibility/background check processed since the submission of my application.

Anyone knows if this happens when you have an upfront medical exam, or is a problem on IRCC's end?
Is my application being processed at all?
