Upfront medical check-up for PNP EE inlander

Hello, may I know if I can book the medical check-up for PR application? My application will be together with my spouse and my son.

As an EE applicant your only option is to undergo upfront medical exam, you should book family appointment as soon as you receive a fedral ITA ( Same day you are invited run for your medicals) as for PNP applications it is not required (no medicals) however you would rather check your province requirements.
