upfront medical before ITA

i recieved ita in feb 2017 and had upfront medical on 18th march 2017...but due to certain issues i want to decline my invitation now and enter into next draw..do i have to go for upfront medical again or is it ok to go with it??

If the review officer determines your previous medical results are in order for your next ITA, they will waive this otherwise you might be requested to take it again.

medical is i believe valid for 1 year so i think its ok..

You can use the same medical for the next draw.

If the review officer determines your previous medical results are in order for your next ITA, they will waive this otherwise you might be requested to take it again.

In Express Entry or other MyCIC online applications, they can simply reuse/upload the same form as long as it is still valid.
If they don't upload it, it's not considered part of the application.
