Upfront emedical

Hi,I am new here so sorry for my thread post... im confused about my emedical sheet the doctor gave to me when im done of my med examinations. In the sheet it indicates that
501-med examination- Incomplete
502 chest xray-incomplete
707 Hiv test-reffered
712 syphillis test-reffered.

Does anyone know what does it mean or they found problem in my medical exam? Thank you in advance for those who can give me an a idea.

They gave my sheet before they even finished the medical. I asked about it and they said that it's just a record that i came in for a medical and those are the tests they performed. They will update your information in the emedical database and contact you if you need any follow up.

all you need is the e.medical information sheet they will give you when you do your medical. don't worry about the test remarks, all you need is to upload this as Proof that you did your medical. Ensure your personal information on the sheet is accurate. GL
