Upfont medical

Received FSW ITA (+PNP) and I am collecting documents now. Based on the document checklist, I must attach medical exam documents with applications. It says it is required.
However, I was under the impression that medical can be done after application.
Can someone clarify this?

yes you can submit without medicals and await for them to request

I wish I could. It's a mandatory document. I am unable to press submit without it.
