I have a CIC Profile which I prepared through an Immigration consultant and my CRS stands around 450 for General EE profile under FSW. I recently added my Masters Degree and my Wife's new credentials (her change of surname and her new IELTS) and informed the same to the immigration company.
The agent said that it is done from their end, but due to current situation it is taking longer time. But it has been over a week and the profile is still the same. The CRS is still the same but i read it takes 24 hours for CRS to update. I went to view my profile and saw that the details are still the previous existing details and are not updated to the recent updates I asked them for.
Just wanted to know if there is an exceptionally longer time because of the global lockdown? Is anyone else facing delays as well for updating information? or does the information updates instantly? Just wanted to cross check if the info by agents is true or not.
And in case i need to confront them, is there an activity log or the account activity page to see the last updates made?
