We sent in our application and received a new document (Option C printout) to add to it. How do we do that?

Once the application has been sent to the visa office and has a file number, you can send additional docs to that visa office - make sure the file number and the sponsor's and applicant's names, addresses, and birthdates are included.

If you don't know your file number, you still can send supporting documents with your Client ID number. Don't forget to mention your name, DOB, Sponsored Person's name and DOB.

You can also email the visa office stating that you want to send additional documents, therefore you require File number. They will reply you.

asiddiq is right.. You can do both put all the information and send them and also email them for the file number and let them know you are sending your option c

There is no file number yet. Wait until you get a response from Mississauga. Why did you send it without the Option C?

i sent all her other tax forms but we were worried that the postal strike would cause further delays. i attached a letter explaining this also.
sounds like canada post is striking from friday (i think my wife said) so could we send it with our receipt number attached?

You are probably ok but order it anyway because you will likely have to send it later.

People should understand that the Option C is not just to show income. It will also show if the sponsor has an undischarged bankruptcy and/or is receiving social assistance benefits. An NOA and T4s will not show this.
