Updated forms

Hey guys,
I'm filling out my application, and I've noticed that Schedule A Background/declaration form has been updated. The updated checklist links the imm5669 form to a form from 02-2018.
I found a more updated one, (06-2019), but I'm not sure which to use. Id like to use the older one provided from the checklist because it covers all of my work history. The newer one gives a smaller space that would not let me put in all of my work history. What do I do?
My application was returned to me on July 29th 2019, I want to make sure there are zero mistakes on this one

Where possible, it's always best to use the most up-to-date forms. If you don't have enough room for your work history on the form, you can write it up on a separate sheet and include that. We had to do this for my husband's family on the IMM 5406 form, he has 2 siblings and 2 half-siblings, so there wasn't enough room on the form for all of them. We just opened up a Word doc, put "IMM 5406 Additional Family Information" as the title, and then included the information we needed. Then just printed it off and included it with the application. I would do that with your employment history so you can use the most recent form.
