I Talked to legal aid person this morning and he said I was approved to apply for H&C...he wasn't aware I already have Family sponsorship going...so then he said he needs to see prra rejection doc to see how to proceed.

Also This morning I got the prra letter in mail and called CBSA to let them know I got it...to what he(the officer) responded with...Well call us back when your legal aid/representative decides what to do.

So deant seem he is in a huge rush to continue w removal order...But I am faxing the prra doc to legal aid Today...I know its a time sensitive and if appeal to stay the removal order is gonna happen it needs to be done ASAP

So....don't know what's gonna happen next

I can't imagine that CIC isn't working behind the scenes to get you AIP...ASAP.

Lol yep...that pretty much sums it up...I'm in this Vortex and there is No way Out any time soon...

Its looking pretty gloomy ATM...so it can only get better I guess...at least I'm doing what I'm suppose to...to get to PR eventually...little steps ...ateats I get a Lawyer for free!
