Dear all,

I am a fresher on this site.

My wife is applied for PR visa Canada and waiting for medical, Feb 20 I got married with her, and received marriage certificate from Panchayth also. But my agent told me if you want update your status then you required:

Passport
SSC certificates
Marriage certificate
Birth certificates

But I don't have birth certificate that's applied on February; this processing is still going on (kerala Govt is never help for any one to get a good future). This may get next week.

My query is now i update my status of marriage is valid (4 months is over), or this may cause reject my wife's PR application or I can applied with her a VISA application?

I am very much upset on this please guide me.

your valuable feed back may help us

Hey man..sorry, i can not understand you completely but i am 100% sure you are Indian.
If your wife is the sponsor and she is also a PR applicant in Canada... ( looks like from your post )
you will need a depedent Visa and this has nothing to do with Immigration. ( which means, she is not a sponsor but a foreign worker who can apply for a dependent visa )

Try posting the same question in NEW DELHI thread ( in my signature ) and am sure u will find a lot of ppl willing to help more...

All the best.

If your wife does not have her PR visa yet, she has to update her file to include you. If she doesn't, she will never be able to sponsor you to Canada. If she has her PR visa, but has not landed in Canada yet, she still has to tell the visa office she got married.

she not at done medical too but 4 months over the mariage,

now i can update? some one say this may reson reject both apilcation

What visa is your wife applying for? Is she applying as a Federal Skilled Worker? It sounds like it from your post, but I am not sure.
Yes, if she tells the visa office she has gotten married, it may delay her application, and there is a small possibility it will cause her to be rejected. But if she does not tell them she got married, gets her PR visa, and goes to Canada, she will never be able to sponsor you to come to Canada to join her. She has to tell the visa office that she married you. Then you can be added to her application.

thank you very much,

Yes she is applied for a PR Visa as a Federal Skilled Worker, i f she write a cover letter explain the non availability of birth certificate( will get next week) of mine, then i can get a Visa?

You will be added to her application. There is no guarantee you will get a visa, though.
But if you are not added to her application before she goes to Canada, she will definitely not be able to sponsor you later.
