Update Profile Error

Hi, I created an Express Entry profile and it gave me 386 points. However I should have 408 points as I have a bachelors degree. I amended my application and now it is saying that i am not eligible. What should I do, please help.

I removed my application and restarted it and it says the same thing. Do I need to have an ECA.

You will need an ECA if you have foreign educational credentials and you are seeking points for those.
 
Hi thanks for your quick response. I filled out the application before without an ECA and it gave me 386. do you think I should create a new profile.
 
Yes. And you'll need an ECA for your profile to be eligible.

I have one more question. I have completed a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Computing (2years) and then completed a 1 year BSC Top Up in Computing. Therefore 3 years of continuous study. What option do I select on the expess entry. Do you know how much points I would get for this.

Also do you know how much extra points I would get for the ECA.

However it does not allow me to select 1 year degree. So I'm confused what to do.
