Today I received update on application

Applied 14 july
Today they sent me request letter to upload these documents
1. Ielts results
2.marksheet, deegree diploma
I already uploaded these documents still they send me request letter
I had given ielts exam Jan 2020

It means that my eligibility review starred and what should ?
Should I re-upload documents again?

Yes re upload them. These officers are working at 25% capacity and most likely making many mistakes. They probably went over your documents
