Update of Study Permit after switching to new Institute in a different Province.

Dear All,

I am a International Student. In September 2016, I came to study a program in a University in Ontario. My program duration was from Sept 2016-December 2017. The study permit allotted to me for this program was of same Duration. In this study permit under the Institution name it is written that -Designated Learning Institution - ON.

After a month, in the end of September I withdraw my seat from that University of Ontario due to some personal reasons. I then moved to Alberta, and applied for a program in a Institute of Alberta and got enrolled in it. I now want to know that do I need to update my Study Permit to get Designated Learning Institution -AB written on the new study permit ?
