Unsuccessful IMM1295 upload.

Hey,
Hoping someone can help!

I have downloaded the most recent IMM1295 form from my online application, filled it all out and verified the form.
Upon trying to upload it to 'my documents' in my application i get this error message:

Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated.

Error Description:
Document is not a valid PDF file


After this happened the first time I re downloaded the IMM1295 form and I have gone through it multiple times making sure all fields are filled out. When I tried to upload the newly filled out from I got the same error message.

Can someone please help?! I need to successfully upload this form before I can upload the rest.

I faced this issue an year ago. It was the PDF version that corrected it. Download the latest Acrobat Reader fill up the form again, generate the bar code if applicable and try again

Don't use Firefox. Use Google chrome

Ah thank you! I do have the latest version of Adobe but I will try Google Chrome. I have been using Firefox. Will let you know if that works.
