Hello, I need to go to my home country for a month for the urgent reason.
I got AOR and I have open work permit.
I have a fixed date to restart work and have vacation letter. Do I have no problem to go for it? Please help me! Thanks a lot :)

You can stop working while your CEC application is being processed. There are no issues doing this. You will need a valid TRV in order to be able to return to Canada.

Hi. If I’ve submitted CEC and go back to my country for a few months but didn’t get my TRV approved to go back to Canada because my open work permit is expiring in 8 months. Would that make me lose PR even if it’s approved? Do I have to be in Canada when PR is approved? Can I accept CEC PR outside Canada?
