unpaid bill

Hi I was backpacking in NZ in 2007. I had a contract phone and had a dispute with the phone company and did not pay my outstanding bill.

Do you think this will affect my application for PR? It is causing me some anxiety.

It might if you are applying for NZ PR, but highly unlikely for Canada PR. However, you should leave absolutely NO bills unpaid, period!
