After jumping through all kinds of hoops and being asked to submit the same form three times we just received and email requesting the above.
the request simply states that they 63559398 plus the name of my husbands son who is 20 and not accompanying him. No other info. I have been running through our paperwork and searching the CIC website but I have no idea what they are requesting. If anyone can shed any light on this I will be very grateful
