I have noticed that in some Canadian Universities, like University of Manitoba and Lethbridge University, 2nd year fee SEEMS less as compared to 1st year fee and in 2nd year fee you need to pay continuous fees. I have much confusion regarding continuous fees. I want to ask is this the all amount that International student has to pay (including other non-tuition fee) or this is an additional fee along with amount same as 1st year fee. I am assuming that continuous fee is the tuition fee. Due to less amount of continuous fees it seems that student can finance his 2nd year fee by himself. Kindly help me in understanding this as I as planning to take admission in such Universities.
