I was accepted and did one semester of college at George Brown College (fall 2016). At the end I decided I wanted to transfer to Ryerson University for Computer Science since my spouse is Canadian. We will soon start the spouse sponsorship process.
I have been in Canada since September 2015 as an ESL international student before college and got married to a Canadian citizen a bit over two months ago.
I only have an unofficial transcript from my Turkish high school, which was accepted by George Brown but not by Ryerson. In order to get an official transcript, I have to travel to turkey (they won't give it to my parents).
Is there an easier way to get into Ryerson University? Mature student? Take ontario high school courses? some acceptance test? Locally recreate high school stamp?
Is there a guarantee that even after getting the official transcript it will be enough to get accepted into Ryerson?
