i dont know ....they say the send out decisions in jan and mostly march....but i assumed its for fall term and not winter ...no mention of winter term

ya its for fall...

they look into every application deeply.. so it will take some extra time.. U may expect sumthing not before sept/oct

sept /oct is not too bad ....i think oct would be perfect

They take sumthing around 5 months to access... so May+5= Oct... so lets hope..
