Please Can you tell me what the chance to be admitted for the University of Ottawa Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering winter session 2015.
My notes:
High School Diploma: Technical Math (average:13.80/20)
Math: 15.5

The first university year: 60/60 credits (average:12,3/20)

Please if you don't have an official answer just guess, because I don't wanna waste time and wait until October for nothing, if it seems i cant be admissible I'll see another university.

I am not aware of your grading system but it seems like your marks are in the range of 60-65%. Check the uni website and they must have mentioned the requirements about your country.
Dont apply to only one uni, apply to atleast 5 unis.
