University not providing receipt for fee deposit.

I have paid the full tuition fee for my Meng course at Queen's and they are saying I have to wait until July to enroll only after which will I get a fee statement. I have told them I need this to apply for my study permit but still they are not being very helpful. Please help.

u dont need reciept just the money u have deposited should be in ur university account just print out the page which shows the amount u have deposited and attach it with application..

So if jus take the print out of the page showing the balance in my student account finances section will that be enough?

yup... but if u want u can ask cashier office u give u a acknowledgement letter stating that u have transferred money if they don't that doesn't matter printout will be enough...and CIC can confirm the amount from ur university....
