I am the main applicant in our family of 4 and we are hopeful of getting PR via saskatchewan SNIP program. My kids are interested to pursue university education in Ontario. Can they go to university in Ontario with benefit of PR in fees etc without violating the SNIP conditions ?

Yes they can to school in Ontario. Processing for PR can be very long so may take a few years.

They will go after we get the PR via SINP . I have already received ITA and will be submitting the application soon . Hope to get PR in 6 months . So if they university in Ontario, will they :
1) get benefit of PR for university fees ?
2) get in trouble for violating SINP rules ?

1. They are domestic students
2. no

Check processing times for PNP programs. Not sure about 6 months for SINP. SINP issues. ITA doesn't mean nomination. You still need to be assessed and approved for SINP nomination unless you have completed that process. Once approved, you apply for PR.
