I was originally granted a student visa for an engineering diploma in 2009 that would be valid until end of 2011.
I was in Canada and did my classes but ended up having to retake 2 classes and was also not able to take another 2 classes that needed the first 2 as pre-requisites.
I left the country at end of 2011.
It's now 2013 and I'm looking to re-apply and hopefully complete my course.
How would i go about this?
I heard I'll have to switch to a 3 year program (so that I am actually full time again) and then if accepted into the program then go about applying for the student permit.
