Hey All,

Unfortunately we heard this morning our inland application for commonlaw was denied due to ineligibility to sponsor as we had not been in cohabitation together for 1 year. We have been and have proof, however there are no grounds to appeal.

So...

1 . My extended WP is valid until 2020 am I able to reapply even though I don't technically have a visa as my IEC expired mid process of application, but I received a so extension.

2. Can I order GCMS notes after a decision has been made, so I can see exactly what the issue was with our proof of cohabitation so we can rectify on our next application?.

Hany help would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers.

If you provided proof of cohab for at least one year that satisfied the requirements of the checklist and that's the reason for your rejection it may be worthwhile to get your MP involved. Yes - order your GCMS notes.

Thanks!

What would my immigration status be now? I'm worried as I only have a valid WP, as this was granted once my IEC visa and WP expired.
