Sir , I in april 2015 applied under quebec investor prog.
Every thing were right and very genuine.I applied through a company named wwics in my city.
My wealth is good more than requirements
Funds are available to invest ( finance through a recoginised athorities ). I were paying full interest in advance whatever.
In feb. 2016 I got a letter from qubec athorities through wwics , that i should convince the athorities that the market value of the properties i declare is true.
Because in our country there are different rules.
Market value is always different with the value passed by the local city athorities.
Question is this , which property value should we take ?
A. Passed by local athorities or
B. The fair market price , valued by banks valuer and govt approved property valuer.
Sir I covinced the layer of wwics personaly , but unfortunatly he failed to convince the qubec athoritis either by documents or other comunications.
Sir I know that nothing is wrong and very fair 1000% .about my property market value.
I paid all the fees 10106.00 cad dollers and fees to wwics.
In april 2016 , i got refused buy quebec atho.with reason that we failed to justify the property values.
Sir , Is there any other option
How should i come here with family.
Sir , i dont' know whose mistake is there , when nothing was wrong from my side.
