Undergoing a 1 yr diploma Course in India

Hey guys, i am new to this forum.
I am from Delhi and i was looking to apply for Express entry, but after i calculated my score using the tool provided on the CIC website my score was only 429(if i score CLB9 in IELTS). So i am thinking to undergo a 1 year diploma course from Delhi University or any other University in Delhi in order to increase my scores.
Can you guys guide me what course and what university i should choose so that it gets a positive ECA report.
I have done B.Tech(2013) in Electronics and Communication from MDU and having 3.5 years of experience.

Some ECA providers tend to discriminate as to where a degree / diploma was undertaken. Use the free evaluation tool before taking admission to ensure that the ECA provider will indeed consider your degree and diploma as the Canadian equivalent to give you the score for 2 or more degrees and not as 1 bachelors degree.

The free evaluation tool on WES website shows only 3 and 4 year courses as option. There are no options of 1 year diplomas to choose from.

This means WES won't recognise your diploma and if you would be getting that diploma only to increase your score, it's probably not worth it. Getting a masters will increase your score too. Try other ECA providers.

I selected B.Tech in Credential 1 and Marster in Computer Applications as Credential 2 from University of Delhi.
The course name is PG Diploma in Computer Applications

1 year PG diploma or a 6 month PG certificate can get additional points.
you need to get it done from an institute that is recognised by UGC, AICTE and if its online, thn by DEB as well.
