Im under work permit here in canada and I had a baby soon and he wants my baby will belongs to his family name the father of my baby but his also a work permit and his married in the Philippines. I just want to ask some advice and help what I need to do about this.how about if he will apply his permanent residency in cic it will be a problem if he had a baby here and the cic will detect that he got a baby here.like his paper.somebody told me that its ok I can give to him a family name of my baby as long as when he will apply his papers for permanent resident in the future dont declare in a papers that he got a baby here in canada.please help me I dont know what will I do.

CIC Doesn't care how many babies the principal applicant have as long as all the dependents (children by lawful marriage and outside of marriage) be declared at the time of the PR application or else it will be a misrepresentation.
