I just received my IELTS results:
R. 8.5
L. 8
W. 7.5
S. 8.5
Overall: 8
I am expecting my ECA from Wes to be Bachelor (4 years).
My education and work experience qualify under NOC 0 (0124). I have 9+ years in my current job and 1.5 years in a similar position in another company.
I am 34 yo married, with 1 child and one in the beta stage
(expected in November 2016). My wife hasn't taken the IELTS or an ECA.
What are my chances of receiving a Provincial Nomination (and which province would be more appropriate to apply at?) I have an aunt in Toronto but I know competition is stiff there.
Any suggestions?
