Hello guys, if the work under the table is declared on spousal sponsorship forms, will it affect the application? And will they go after the employer and ask you to pay taxes after? Has anybody got the same experience here?Thanks in advance guys..

Working under the table is illegal. Cant speak to what will happen but i would think there will be ramifications

Is it the sponsor or the principal applicant who worked illegally and/or avoided tax?
